What is a truck-mounted crane:
The truck-mounted crane is a tool for loading and unloading trucks. The crane has a slewing wreath, a telescopic boom and usually radio control. The capacity is expressed in ton meters. The truck is stamped making the stamping pressure an important factor in its safe use.

This training includes 4 to 6 hours of theory in group and 6 to 8 hours of practice.
Theory:
- Summary of legislation
- Basic knowledge of ARAB, Codex, liabilities and responsibilities.
- Risks and accidents
Be able to identify, analyze and control risks specific to the job and equipment and space. - Safety regulations
- Knowing the safety regulations as there are: truck outriggers, outrigger pressure, safe load securing, correct choice of load securing material, calculate stop, crane centering, safe crane operation, direction of travel, driver position, check pendulum movement, lower load.
- Wind and high voltage.
- Rigging
- Lifting tools and equipment, lifting straps, chains, ropes, fittings
- Working with the crane
- To know the elements that make up beginning control.
Operation.
Driving with/without crank, stopping with/without crank.
Long loads.
Setting down loads. - Parking.
Practice:
- Be able to perform daily inspection correctly, recognize dangerous defects and report them
- Checking inspection documents
- Applying the safety rules
- Being able to use the controls correctly
- Working safely (application of theory)
- Attaching loads with chains, ropes and hoisting belts
- Be able to calculate tension forces ifv the top angle or stop method (pants, strapped etc).
- Moving boom, stopping loads and hanging still
- Be able to perform the following maneuvers: neutralize pendulum, slalom, narrow aisle, block stacking, long load
- Applying order and cleanliness
- Parking
